How can aeration and seeding improve my property?
Core Aeration and seeding during the fall and spring can vastly improve the density throughout the lawn. Core Aeration is a cultural practice that removes organic material from the from the soil profile by pulling "cores". This allows for oxygen to stimulate denser root growth, improve water movement through the soil profile and reduce soil compaction providing a better environment for our desired species to develop.
